Job Description: Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our dynamic team at SS&C Technologies, Inc. This role involves ensuring the optimal performance, security, and availability of our critical Oracle database systems, supporting various business applications and data infrastructure. Job Responsibilities**: - Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle database software and related products (e.g., Grid Infrastructure, RMAN, RAC, ASM, Data Guard, TDE…). - Create and manage Oracle's multitenant architecture, CDB (Container Database) and PDBs (Pluggable Databases). - Perform database performance tuning, including SQL query optimization, instance tuning, and capacity planning. - Implement and manage database backup and recovery strategies using RMAN, Data Guard, and other rel...
