Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Floating Maintenance Technician to support multiple apartment communities based out of Arlington, VA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high-quality living spaces for residents. As a Floating Maintenance Technician, you will assist with maintenance needs across several properties, ensuring timely completion of service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.
