Job Duties (Will Include but Not Be Limited To) - And your work here matters: a portion of every vehicle sold and serviced supports the Walser Foundation, investing in schools, nonprofits, and workforce programs in our communities. - Book, gross and RDR deals - Inspect new vehicles that come on transport truck for damage- report transport/lot damage and arrange for repair - Scan invoices for all new vehicles and maintain on file - Process Dealer Trade paperwork - Data entry of vehicles into DMS - Monitor Walser website and competitors - Enter price changes - Audit sales and RDR’s - Make packets and assign stock numbers for incoming vehicles - Ensure all cars get to designated service center for safety - Schedule detaili...
