Requisition Number: 224290 Job Description: Cintas is seeking a Location Manager. The Location Manager assists with managing the location's overall operational business while completing a defined curriculum of activities that will prepare the partner to successfully lead a Rental facility within a 24-month timeframe. Responsibilities include but are not limited to management of an assigned area or areas, hiring and developing a high performing team, managing performance, providing leadership to the team, dealing with customer service issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving goals, maintaining inventory, managing a budget, and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Will also provide input on immediate and long-range planning of location goals and objectives.
