Job Description P roduction Controller Full time: Washington: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Rolls-Royce Washington business as a Production Controller . The Washington facility manufactures mainly types of complex HP Turbine discs, Compressor Discs, Fan Discs, Cover Plates and is set for a period of significant growth over the next 5 years. This role is a key position within the Plant as part of a high-performing, cross functional team. As a Planning & Control professional you will be involved in Planning & Control activities across the Manufacturing Plant to ensure that delivery performance expectations are achieved, inventory is optimised, and the business complies with material control policies , maximis ing value to the business, develop their competency and drive process excellence. You will apply a Lean mindset to both Planning & Control processes and Manufacturing Planning to reduce waste and optimise delivery to customer from available resources.
