This position leads statewide initiatives that expand and strengthen housing opportunities for individuals in DBHDS priority populations. This position also plays a critical leadership role within OCH, overseeing program development, policy implementation, contract administration, and performance management to ensure high quality Permanent Supportive Housing and rental assistance services across the Commonwealth. In addition, this position provides subject matter expertise to internal and external partners, guides statewide housing strategies, manages key resources and provider networks, and supports individuals with behavioral health needs in accessing and maintaining stable, community based housing.
