The Reverse Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing all activities related to the return, recovery, refurbishment, and disposition of products moving back through the supply chain. This role oversees the end‑to‑end reverse logistics process, including returns intake, inspection, routing, repair coordination, recycling, and inventory reintegration. The manager ensures operational efficiency, cost optimization, and high‑quality standards while partnering with cross‑functional teams to improve return rates, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
