Work Flexibility: Hybrid Associate Manager, Finance: Permanent Contract: Reports To: Director, Finance: Location: Innovation Centre, Carrigtwohill, Cork: Hybrid: 3 Days On-Site Per Week Position Summary: This role has a broad global scope within the Cork‑based Finance team, providing financial leadership and driving alignment across the Stryker Instruments, OrthoTech, and Endoscopy R&D organizations. The Associate Manager, Finance is a core R&D finance business partner, acting as a central point for financial consolidation, planning, and performance management. Working closely with Research & Development leadership, the role transforms financial and operational insights into actionable strategic recommendations , identifying opportunities to optimize investment, accelerate growth, and support long‑term business objectives.
