Your Role: In this role, The Team Lead, Digital Products & Delivery (Domain Delivery Lead), will manage several products, but will primarily be a Genesys CX focused role, accountable for the successful delivery of digital product initiatives and BAU changes within Digital Business Programs, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The role leads and develops a cross‑functional team, drives collaboration and continuous improvement, and manages multiple delivery streams through effective prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and adaptive leadership.
