About the Role: Reporting to the Director of People & Culture (Australia & New Zealand), you will lead state-wide People & Culture strategy across NSW, partnering closely with operational and key account leaders to lift capability, strengthen engagement, manage risk, and deliver a consistent, purpose-led culture.
