An important part of this position is to ensure guests and team members have a spotless, clean and safe environment. Maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils is critical in a high volume restaurant like Thirsty Turtle. Dishwashers must maintain a positive and professional approach to both coworkers and customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: - Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils by manual and machine cleaning methods. - Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine. - Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, utensils, pots and pans, using dishwashers or by hand. - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. - Complete any minor food prep items assigned to you, such as cutting lemons, portioning pa...
