Job Description: The Role: We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to service and maintain commercial HVAC systems including VRF, split systems, rooftop units, and related equipment. As a member of Fidelity’s Engineering Operations team, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that equipment operates reliably, and the uptime of the facility is supported. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be self-performing or overseeing vendor-performed maintenance on critical equipment serving mission critical rooms and offices. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, commercial experience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include: Performs all preventive and remedial maintenance work on building electrical systems to assure critical distribution systems including the generators and UPS requirements are met with minimal adverse business impact! Demonstrates the ability to monitor multiple building systems, correcting deficient performance through BAS adjustments, on-site remedial maintenance and effective emergency response actions when required.
