Job description

JOB PURPOSE: “Make the Connection” to greet and seat arriving guests in a timely manner. This position is responsible to interact with and support guests/fellow team members in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner. Most of all, display superb Teamwork skills to contribute to a positive work environment through our Core Values. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Enhance the guest experience, making them feel welcome with friendly, helpful, and respectful attitude. - Function as a host for the restaurant to greet, seat guests and answer phones. - Support to process “to go” orders and transactions for guests; Protect the Brand by certifying presentation and quality of products. - Pack food items, roll silverware, make coffee, fill beverage cups and assist to clear dishes. - Maintain clean/orderly lobby, checkout, marketplace and bathroom areas; stock shelves and pie cases, empty trash receptacles and restock supplies as needed. - Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of the Polly’s Brand, menu, current promotions; able to educate guests on menu items and identify ingredients. - Commitment to maintain PCI compliance standards with operation of credit card machines and point of sale syste...
