Job Description: As an Implementation Specialist you will be reporting directly to the Implementation Team Manager. In this role, you will work with project managers and business analysts to deliver CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation projects and facilitate mentoring sessions for customers. An Implementation Specialist also responds to ad hoc customer requests, working directly with the customer to provide subject matter expertise and guidance on the project implementation.
