Job description

The Performance Media Specialist is a member of the Performance Media team and is primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and operations across the team. This role assists Campaign Managers with essential tasks—including audience management, campaign quality assurance (QA), and billing reconciliation—to ensure the timely and accurate execution of campaigns across programmatic and biddable media platforms. This position is a part-time seasonal role (estimated at 40 hours per week) and in-office in our New York City Headquarters, this role will be April through September, aligning with MLB’s regular season schedule. Qualifications & Skills: - 4-year degree from an accredited university in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related ield, OR equivalent relevant experience. - Digital Marketing/Paid Media coursework is a plus. - Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred to assist with data organization and billing. - Baseball and sports enthusiast preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive tasks with high attention to detail. - Ability to learn internal systems and audience data platforms (Adobe CDP, Goo...
