Training Coordinator (Sales & Service) Dürr Group Services Sp. z o. o. | online seit: 22.05.2026 Take on challenging tasks: - Develop and continuously update training content, learning paths, and classifications in the LMS. - Create, maintain, and distribute the annual Academy training calendar and accompanying newsletter. - Plan, organize, and communicate all Sales & Service training formats (e-learning, face-to-face, live, on-the-job). - Coordinate training resources, including trainers, subject matter experts, facilities, and required materials. - Use Salesforce for efficient training organization (e.g. booking rooms, machines, assignments). - Prepare and distribute training materials and provide relevant info to involved departments. - Manage training inquiries via the central Weinmann Academy inbox and maintain the DGA pre-booking list. - Ensure smooth communication and alignment with trainer teams and participating entities.
