This role supports billing operations under the guidance of billing leadership and senior billing staff while developing operational knowledge of billing systems, customer requirements, and transportation documentation. Billing Specialist I positions serve as entry-level roles designed to build operational experience and prepare employees for advancement to Billing Specialist II responsibilities.
