Strategy & Operations Manager Benelux Department: Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Amsterdam: Compensation: €50,000 - €70,000 / year Description: Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone. As the Growth Manager, you'll drive key initiatives that shape our trajectory and will allow us to deliver on our ambitious plan for 2025 and beyond. You will play a critical role in ensuring we are maximising the acquisition and conversion of our customers: from defining product features , driving strategic bets (like new sales channels), to taking strategic pricing and category management decisions to maximize revenue and profitability , leveraging market insights and advanced data analysis.
