Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ Continuous Vetting (CV) Quality Control Analyst The primary responsibility of the Continuous Vetting (CV) Quality Control Analyst is to certify proper case processing in accordance with contractual requirements. The QCA is a subject matter expert who certifies accuracy, consistency, and quality specifications within the CV process. This position supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) within our Defense and Intel Operating Group. Key Role/Responsibilities: - Perform internal and customer required inspections on Continuous Vetting case processing functions. - Act as a subject matter expert that will be a key contributor to the evolving Trusted Workforce 2.0 initiatives. - Report inspection results to appropriate department and/or customer leadership teams. - Analyze relevant data, case items and function processes to determine improvements or alternate workflows. - Identif...
