Position Summar y: As a Pharmacy Data Analyst specializing in finance, you will play a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting operational, financial, sales and contractual data from various sources to support strategic decision-making and operational initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Senior Management, Mail and Specialty Pharmacy, Sales and Finance to provide actionable insights and recommendations. You will also understand their data needs, request, design and develop reports and dashboards, and conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources including financial databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets. Perform comprehensive analysis of data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
