Acting as the bridge between customers, data, and system capabilities, the consultant partners directly with clients to shape solution design, validate data and integrations, and guide key decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex workforce and scheduling needs into scalable, practical solutions. While not coding-focused, it involves working with data (including SQL), supporting integrations, and ensuring reliable, high-quality implementations that align with both customer requirements and platform best practices.
