Reliability Superintendent – Melbourne Join DP World and drive reliability excellence DP World is seeking an experienced and motivated Reliability Superintendent to join our Engineering team at West Swanson Terminal, Melbourne. This is a key leadership role focused on improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across our critical terminal operations. You will play a central role in developing reliability strategies, leading root cause analysis, improving preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and supporting long-term asset performance. Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Planning, and National Reliability teams, you will help shape and deliver reliability initiatives that improve equipment availability and operational performance. About the Role: Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Reliability Superintendent will lead reliability initiatives across terminal assets and equipment, with a strong focus on condition monitoring, maintenance optimisation, and asset lifecycle improvement.
