Environmental Project Manager (Hazardous Waste & Compliance)

Job Overview: APTIM seeks a highly motivated Project Manager with prior consulting experience to participate in the development and management of environmental compliance projects, primarily focused on hazardous waste management of retail, logistics, and/or hospitality market clients. The successful candidate will manage environmental compliance projects from proposal through execution to invoicing. The candidate will have experience delegating work, training and mentoring junior staff, and working directly with clients. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: - Use strong hazardous waste technical acumen to support hazardous waste determinations, profiling, regulatory reporting, and a wide range of standard and nonstandard applications. - Responsible for supporting the development of proposal scopes of work and cost estimates using internal cost estimating tools. - Responsible for managing projects to ensure the successful completion of projects within established schedules and budgets. - Planning and organizing projects - Communicating to client and project teams - Ensuring quality work performance, adherence to safety and compliance to schedule and budget - Manage day-to-day cost...
