Job description

The LSC Production Operations Specialist has knowledge of commercial and consumer lending operational processes sufficient to proactively plan, analyze, coordinate related department operations, and direct the resulting resolution with minimum supervision. Under the direction of the LSC Production Operations Manager, provides support in the development, implementation, and administration of critical projects, processes, and systems for the Loan Service Center (LSC). Serves as an operational liaison with LSC business partners, such as Commercial Operations, Retail Operations, Product & Strategy, Support Operations Team, and other key business partners. Positively supports the LSC leadership team and leads through philosophy and policy changes. Essential Functions: Implements and supports continuous improvement methodologies to evaluate, recommend and facilitate changes to improve processes. Partners with the LSC Production Operations Manager, LSC Managers and LSC Business Analysts to assist with process improvement, including automation of manual tasks.
