Senior Program Manager – Electrical Systems Delivery Employment Type: Direct Hire Location: Marietta, OH (Onsite) Starting Salary: $120,000/year (higher based on experience) Position Summary: We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale customer projects involving engineered electrical equipment and power system solutions. This role is responsible for guiding projects from initial contract transition through production, shipment, and final customer acceptance. Based at a manufacturing site, this position works closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet contractual requirements, and are delivered on schedule.
