Salary/Position Classification: - $20.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime) - 20 hours per week - 100% Remote Work Availability: No - Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No Purpose of Position: This position will assist the College of Education & Human Development in advancing digital accessibility by reviewing and editing video captions and remediating digital content for programs and courses in the College of Education & Human Development Duties & Responsibilities: - Generate, review, and edit auto-generated captions and transcripts for pre-recorded educational videos - Review and correct other digital content, such as PDFs, as needed to ensure materials meet accessibility guidelines - Accurate Data Entry - Strong editing skills, including grammar and spelling (English language) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to handle materials in a careful and professional manner - Ability to work independently Minimum Requirements: In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
