About the role Mater is seeking a highly capable Executive Support Officer (ESO) to provide exceptional support to senior Health Executives within a complex hospital environment. Reporting to the Executive Director, Mater Hospitals, this role supports two Health Executives and plays a critical part in coordinating executive workflows, communications and priorities across clinical and operational portfolios. Salary range: $108,207 - $117,732 (MCA5) per annum plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
