Pay Range: $20.00 – $26.00 Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as: restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay. The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during assigned shifts, managing team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining food safety standards, a clean restaurant, and a positive work environment. The Shift Leader supports the General Manager and Assistant Manager in driving operational success and upholding company values. Key Responsibilities: Leadership ?
