In order to support the build out of SPG presence on MSESE SPG have a regulatory requirement to have one officer and one non-officer on the entity for July. Balint will provide support to the officer in order to oversee GLLC process and Asset Management functions as we grow balances on the entity. Furthermore, once established he will work with the officer to build out origination and distribution functions with additional hires. Balint is familiar with the SPG product given his role in SPG structuring.
