Job Description Summary Job Description: The Primary role of the Project Manager is to ensure the 4 core elements of the project (being Scope, time, Money and resources) are managed from initiation to close out using good project management framework. Actionable elements such as scope, planning, scheduling, budgeting, communications reporting and risk management shall be used to achieve the necessary outcomes The primary role of the Project Manager is to provide on-going project leadership and coaching to cross-functional project teams to ensure that project deliverables are met. Working with all stake holders contractor to ensure the successful delivery of the project within or improved cost estimates and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, monitor and review project management plan for each project allocated. Ensure communications to all parties (including regular meetings) are done and all parties are aware of their actions Ensure regular reports (weekly to monthly) are produced irrespective of actions and circulated to all stakeholders.
