Rate of Pay : £12.71- £16.43 per hour Summary: The Ground Maintenance Operative plays a key frontline role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and cleanliness of communal green spaces and external environments across Southern Housing estates. Working as part of the Estate Services team, the postholder will provide high-quality grounds maintenance and gardening services to ensure residents live in safe, attractive, and well-maintained communities. The role involves practical outdoor manual work including lawn maintenance, planting, pruning, landscaping, and general estate upkeep while delivering excellent customer service to residents and supporting Southern Housing's HEART values.
