Company: Mercer Description: Risk & Compliance Manager – Investments Mercer | Sydney or Melbourne | Hybrid Mercer Investments Australia (MIAL) is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to support our Line 1 risk and compliance activities across the Investments business. This is a hands-on role partnering with stakeholders to strengthen control effectiveness, support incident management and reporting, and contribute to AML/CTF and sanctions screening activities. We will count on you to: - Deliver risk and compliance monitoring and reporting for Mercer Investments Australia (MIAL). - Proactively monitor adherence to frameworks, policies, procedures and controls , identifying gaps and driving practical remediation. - Support business-led investigations into incidents and issues , including timely updates, root cause analysis, remediation tracking, prevention of recurrence and (where required) regulatory reporting. - Provide and coordinate Risk & Compliance training , including Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis . - Monitor and support annual CPD completion requirements (including RG 146 and Responsible Managers). - Support AML/CTF activities including investor risk ratings , tra...
