Social Worker II Clinical Lead LCSW (Full Time)

Job description

The Clinical Lead will assist the Director of Social Services in overseeing Associate Clinicians who are accruing supervised clinical hours toward Social Work licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS). The Clinical Lead will also provide high-quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to adult psychiatric patients and their families, spouses, or significant others. The Clinical Lead will actively participate in the multi-disciplinary treatment team to support program philosophy, deliver quality psychotherapeutic services to psychiatric patients and families, while prioritizing patient safety and well-being. *Pay Range: $40/hr. to $48/hr. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Essential functions: - Providing individual and group clinical supervision to Social Services staff under a BBS supervision agreement and interns as they collect school internship hours. - Provides clinical insight and feedback to Social Services Department interns and aids in their development.
