We connect more than 200 hospitals through benchmarking intelligence, peer learning communities, and evidence-based improvement programs that genuinely change clinical practice. We are now looking for a Head of Transformation & Community to join our senior leadership team — a role that sits at the intersection of clinical improvement, member engagement, and thought leadership, and that will help define what HRT looks and feels like for our members over the next decade. What this role is: Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead HRT's content, community, and clinical improvement agenda — translating benchmarking data into real practice change across the membership.
