Description Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the personal care home facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This includes preventative maintenance, repairs, and general facility support in compliance with safety regulations and health standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
