About this role Join us at Namos Solutions as an EPM Practice Lead that plays a key role in the development of the EPM practice, especially within the Consolidation stream. Reporting directly to the EPM Practice Director, you’ll be able to make a real impact and contribution by leading projects. You’ll need to be hands-on with client service delivery, responsible for multiple clients on end-to-end delivery of the Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation & Close business process - ensuring high-quality delivery, and innovative, responsive solutions to a diverse range of new and existing clients. You’ll also contribute towards the strategy and vision for the team and be instrumental in developing the skills of the team by leading by example on projects, and providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members. The role is ideally suited to someone with an established technical background in Oracle EPM products and has several years experience of working at a senior level. As an EPM Lead, you should have a thorough understanding of project methodology and a strong background in successful project delivery.
