Job Family: Software Engineering (SWE) Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Secret What You Will Do: Evaluate processes, anticipate requirements, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions. Map business processes and uncover areas for improvement. Develop new visualizations and applications using Palantir tools and the Microsoft Power Apps Suite. Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Perform requirements analysis and document results. Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management. Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure alignment. Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance. Update, implement, and maintain existing procedures and deliverables. Manage competing priorities and resources to meet deadlines. Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
