Assembly Mechanic Apprenticeship-Composites Company: Boeing is excited to announce the launch of our Assembly Mechanic Apprenticeship program in St. Louis, designed to equip aspiring mechanics with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Employees are participants in a full-time company sponsored on-the-job training program. The Assembly Mechanic Apprentice program helps learners develop the skills needed to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assignments are structured to provide learning experiences that lead to a course completion within a skill area. The apprenticeship has 4 pathways: Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Composites.
