SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Integrated Construction Manager to join our Data Center Group to implement and oversee Virtual Design and Construction processes throughout phases of a project. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success in this role. Responsible for facilitating and managing project collaboration and integrated delivery activities for construction teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes through appropriate technology platforms Provide supervision and oversight of group’s integrated construction team Provide meaningful input towards improving the project’s, and the group’s, ability to capture and deploy lessons learned and best practices. Contribute towards further developing and improving upon the group’s VDC Playbook.
