Are you an experienced leading hand, workshop supervisor or a heavy vehicle tradesperson ready to step into a leadership role? Do you enjoy leading a team on the floor while remaining hands‑on and driving quality, safety and performance in a busy workshop environment? VDI Australia Group is the sole national distributor of IVECO trucks and Yutong buses, supplying vehicles and parts across a wide range of industries. We are an Australian‑owned, family‑operated business with branches in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Cairns. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Workshop Leading Hand to join our Perth IVECO workshop and support our expanding operations nationwide. This is a hands‑on leadership role, working closely with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams while reporting to the WA Service and Warranty manager.
