Systems and Application Engineer

Are you an enthusiastic and self-driven Systems and Applications Engineer we need to join our UK regional customer support teams for the UK and Ireland? Are you a skilled time served engineer with experience of supporting customers in the pulp & paper and energy or allied industries? Valmet (Automation Systems Business Line) provides total power plant and process automation as well as controls and measurement solutions for the paper making industry, amongst others. These solutions utilize the Valmet’s high technology DCS, QCS, Analysers and Measurements, Information Management and Machine Condition Monitoring Systems. Reporting to the Area Service Manager, your office will be located in Warrington, Cheshire (remote working possible depending on a case-by-case basis). Your responsibilities: You will adhere to regulatory and Company health, safety and environmental policy and, as this is a customer-facing role, you will be required to positively influence the Valmet reputation by displaying a professional dedication toward customer service.
