Safety Training and Development Specialist - 26000866 Description Job Purpose: The Safety Training and Development Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving safety training programs in support of LGUS SHEQ standards and regulatory requirements. The role ensures safety training content, systems, and processes are effective, current, and consistently applied across locations. This position partners closely with SH&E leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs, develop content, and support the successful deployment of safety training programs across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, implement, and maintain safety training programs across LGUS. - Identify safety training needs through collaboration with SH&E leadership, operations, and subject matter experts. - Develop new safety training courses and update existing content to align with SHEQ standards, regulatory requirements, and operational risks. - Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of training materials. - Manage and maintain safety training courses, rosters, and records within designated tra...
