Min USD $61.71/Hr. Max: USD $95.66/Hr. Overview: Assist the Manager of Pharmacy Operations in supervising, coordinating, and participating in activities relative to the practice of pharmacy including management of human and financial resources, staff development, and policy development. Education: Licensure/Certification/Registry: Experience: - Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or Pharm D. degree required. - Current pharmacist license in the state of IL required. - 2 years of Hospital Experience required, with supervisory background strongly preferred. Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Must demonstrate excellent communication, organization and human relations skills. - Must demonstrate knowledge of practice standards and regulatory requirements. - Must demonstrate excellent behavioral and leadership skills as documented on performance review or prior experience. - Must demonstrate all values of the organization.
