Company: Mercer Description: Mercer is seeking candidates for the position of Death Claims Technical Leader/Specialist. We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Claims & Administration team as the Technical Leader. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Specialist in Death Claims . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in death claims, showcasing a thorough understanding of superannuation and trustee responsibilities. A legal background is also desirable. You will provide expertise and guidance to the claims teams, ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently in accordance with policy terms and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for training and developing claim staff, helping them develop technical skills and identify and implement improvements.
