You will be the strategic architect for the people strategy within our Global Finance organization. Based at our World Headquarters, you will serve as the primary HR partner to Global Finance Executives. You will drive organizational effectiveness, succession and key role planning, executive talent movement, and culture transformation—leveraging people analytics and strong cross-functional partnership with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams cross 20+ countries.
