Description The Proven IT Director of Learning and Development is leader and functional expert in development and coaching of managers and employees. This role leads other learning and development specialists and sales coach. The Director of Learning and Development specializes in business processes, facilitation of content, content development, and coaching. They are disciplined in managing and analyzing department performance to provide just in time training and coaching. They have a proven track record of leadership development, coach other leaders in the organization. They prepare and manage the calendar for development for the year reporting to the VP of HR. As a result of their efforts, the Director of L&D will positively impact Administration, IT, Service, Operations and Sales, with an increase in performance, productivity and results to break performance records. The growth path for the Director of L&D would be a VP of Learning and Development or a VP of Sales.
