The position: Under the direction of the Executive Quality Director, the Corp. Manufacturing QA Manager is responsible for providing support across all manufacturing plants in the use of advanced quality and six sigma toolsets. This corporate role will interact with Plant Quality Managers and plant leadership. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Own and develop quality/statistical/automotive toolset training for all Plant Quality, manufacturing engineering, and industrial engineering personnel.• Develop and Manage Quality Planning activities via the use of Advanced Product Quality Planning methods.• Expert knowledge and training ability for developing Process Flow, Potential failure mode and effect analysis, Control Plans, manufacturing capability study, Gage repeatability and reproducibility studies.• Lead teams to identify risks/hazards associated with product designs, processes, applications, applying lessons learned, and train personnel in the g...
