As an Client Integration Specialist (CIS) on the Neighborly Customer Solutions team, a typical day for you will include: Serve as a guide to new owners through initial onboarding and training including, but not limited to, software, brand standards, sales, and customer service processes. Ensure all internal and external set up and testing is completed successfully for starting service. Have a deep understanding of solutions available in our call center application and how those apply to each brand and franchise office uniquely.
