Production Print Service Technician

Job description

The Production Print Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing complex copier and production print equipment at a client’s site in a timely, high quality, and cost-effective manner. QUALIFICATIONS: - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve maintenance and repair issues on large volume (production print) and highly complex equipment at client’s locations within a designated territory using diagnostic tools, services aids, and product manuals. - Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by meeting clients’ needs in a courteous, timely, and cost-effective manner. - Manage and maintain accurate inventory for tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock; participate in triannual physical inventory and occasional spot checks. - Meet established metrics and benchmarks and comply with procedures and expectations as outlined in the Field Service Manual. - Complete technical training on all new equipment as assigned. - Maintain current technical knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new technology and equipment. - Always represent Marco in a professional manner by maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the Copier Field Service dre...
