We are seeking a Events and Retail Operations/Data Coordinator to support the Field Marketing department in executing lead generation programs across events and retail locations. This position is responsible for operational support, reporting, administrative coordination, and data management, ensuring the department runs efficiently and effectively. The Coordinator will manage data integrity, track lead accuracy, maintain marketing documentation, and support employee scheduling and compensation tracking. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
